Student Leadership
Leadership at Every Age
Every VMS student is empowered to lead, mentor, and make a difference
At Vail Mountain School, leadership is woven into every part of the student experience. Every student has the capacity and responsibility to lead, support others, and help everyone grow. From Lower to Upper School, students step up in countless ways — guiding peers, modeling respect, and taking responsibility for the well-being of our community.
At VMS, trying new things, finding your voice, and supporting others are all part of becoming a leader.
