Summer Camps 2024
We are excited to offer your family some wonderful camps held this summer at Vail Mountain School! Registration for camps begins February 5 and will be open all summer. When registering your child, please use the grade level that they are in for the 2023-24 school year. You will pay for your camps at the end of the registration process.
Please note the cancellation fees below. If you need to cancel your camp please email Kristin Douthitt and the camp instructor. We will follow the cancellation fee schedule below.
- Camps canceled by March 30th will be charged a registration fee of $30.
- Camps canceled between April 1st and May 6th will be charged half of the camp fee.
- Camps canceled on or after May 6 will be charged the full camp fee.
**Please note that in order for camps to run, there needs to be a minimum number of campers signed up by May 6. If your camp needs to be canceled you will receive an email from the camp instructor letting you know. As soon as the camp hits the minimum number of campers, the camp instructor will send an email confirming your camp.
