Family ID: Athletics Registration

FamilyID is used by middle and upper school families to register for sports. Any middle or upper school student participating in a sport must upload an Athletics Phyical through FamilyID. This form must be completed by a doctor. If you registered an athlete during a previous year using FamilyID, all you have to do is log into your account, upload a new physical, and register for your sports. If your child is new to VMS athletics, you will need to create an account once your child has completed his/her sports physical. Go to FamilyID and select the program for which you wish to register to create an account.

VMS PCR Parent Portal

PCR is used by parents to schedule conferences, view progress reports, and see final grades. New parents are issued log in information at the beginning of the schoolyear. If you have trouble logging in or have forgotten your information, please contact Vali Wilcox at  vwilcox@vms.edu.

VMS Sage Dining Menu

Sage Dining provides daily lunch service for students, faculty and staff at VMS. Sage specializes in serving independent schools and strives to provide meals that are  wholesome, nourishing and safe with a focus on variety, balance, and moderation.

PowerSchool (formerly Haiku)

PowerSchool is used by students, parents, and teachers to facilitate communication about daily classwork. Among many other functions served by PowerSchool, in grades 4-12, the site allows students to see assignments and real-time grades (grades 6-12), collaborate on projects, take quizzes, turn in work, and receive feedback. Parents in grades 4-12 can see assignments, view grades (6-12) and access class pages, which may include newletters, information on coming events, field trips, photos, videos, etc. In grades K-3, parents can view class pages. New parents are issued log in information at the beginning of the school year. Purchase Theatre Tickets

Follow the link below to purchase tickets through EventBrite for VMS theatre productions. Please note that tickets for non-VMS events held in our theatre, such as the Vail Film Festival or ski movies, are not available on this site.

FACTS Online Tuition Payment

FACTS is an online tuition management and payment portal. Though this site, familes may view and pay their bill online via e-check, direct withdrawal, or credit cards. Payment may be made in full or set up as two or nine installments. Upon enrollment at VMS, parents will receive instructions for setting up a FACTS account. Naviance

Naviance is used by parents and students in grades 11 & 12 as a vital resource in the college search. The site provides information about colleges and tools to assist with research, planning, decision making, career exploration, and finding scholarships. Parents are issued log in information at the beginning of the school year. FAST Financial Aid Application

VMS contracts Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST), an independent, third party, to help evaluate need when awarding financial aid. The Financial Aid Application includes:
• FAST online application
• FAST Business/Farm Statement for parents who are full or part owners of a farm or business. This form should be returned directly to FAST
• A signed copy of the parents’ Federal Tax Return sent to FAST
