Admissions Office COVID-19 Update

The VMS Admissions Office is open and ready to help current and prospective families.  Because the current COVID-19 situation is so unique, we thought it might be helpful to provide answers to some of your most pressing questions.  If you require additional information, please don't hesitate to contact Jen Bill for Lower School admissions and Jeremy Thelen for Middle and Upper School admissions.

I haven’t had a chance to visit—how can I learn more about VMS before I decide to enroll?

We are pleased that local health ordinances now permit us to take prospective families on personal tours of the campus, provided we comply with social distancing and mask wearing. As an alternative, ask us about taking a live Virtual Tour of the VMS campus via Zoom! You may also check out our videos  and our collection of recorded tours HERE. Don't forget to follow us on Facebook and Instagram, too!

Will the admissions office be open?

The VMS admission staff is working and is ready to answer your questions! We will be available Monday through Friday, from 8am-4:30pm MST. We would be delighted to receive your email in order to set up a time to connect with you by phone, or Zoom, or in person. Jeremy Thelen, Middle and Upper School Admission Director can be reached at jthelen@vms.edu and Jennifer Bill, Lower School Admission Director is at jbill@vms.edu.

Are you still accepting applications for fall 2020?

Yes! With our Rolling Admission Process, the VMS admission staff is still accepting applications for students.

Are you still accepting requests for Financial Aid?

The opportunity to submit a financial aid application for “priority consideration” has passed, and awards for 2020-2021 have been disseminated. But, if you are still interested in being considered for any late stage aid, we encourage you to begin the application process and submit a financial aid application right away.
