The Vail Mountain School Book Fair is an annual event that takes place in the fall to benefit the school library.  Located in the Common, the school is transformed into a bookstore for a week, featuring faculty recommendations, family classics, reference books, books in Spanish, holiday books, cookbooks, picture books, and much more.  The week is highlighted by the Food for Thought Luncheon, a gathering of parents, grandparents, and friends of the school.

The 2010 Book Fair will take place Tuesday-Friday, October 19-22 with the Food for Thought Luncheon on Wednesday, October 20.
